What is Home

I often pull definitions from what is considered a globally recognized dictionary. This is so we THINK about exactly what it is we are discussing or considering rather. As the "definition" of definition is stated #1 as:

1.
the act of defining or making definite, distinct, or clear.
So today my consideration I put forth is that of a home. To make definite, distinct and clear what a "home" truly is a global translation is provided below. Not by myself, as who am I to decide, but as a general Earthly whole. And from there after that is established in our minds I will proceed with my consideration.
 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
 1Home
noun \ˈhōm\

Definition of HOME

1
a : one's place of residence : domicile
b : house
2
: the social unit formed by a family living together
3
a : a familiar or usual setting : congenial environment; also : the focus of one's domestic attention <home is where the heart is>
b : habitat
4
a : a place of origin
-Webster's Dictionary a Global Standard for "definition"
"Home is a place of residence or refuge.[1] When it refers to a building, it is usually a place in which an individual or a family can live and store personal property." -Wikipedia the #5 site in the world
Then it is important we define "Reside" or "Residence" since it is clearly in connection with "home"
Re·side
intransitive verb \ri-ˈzīd\
re·sid·edre·sid·ing

Definition of RESIDE

1
a : to be in residence as the incumbent of a benefice or office
b : to dwell permanently or continuously : occupy a place as one's legal domicile
2
a : to be present as an element or quality
b : to be vested as a right
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
So first and foremost we define and make clear that is a place where we reside. This is global, or "Universal", clearness no matter what language we pronounce "home" in, it is "One's place of residence". As if you asked a billion people I am quite certain as a general whole the definition given would be along this wording, if not for certain Webster's would be changing it.
Secondly we see from the number 5# site in the world that is non-profit powered by people from around the world together with common bond that we think of it as a "place of residence or refuge."
"to dwell permanently or continuously" also "to be present as an element or quality"

So presenting the monotonous general "conscious" intellectual side of things I'll proceed to the greater intellect and intuitive side of my consideration.

We ask ourselves, where do we reside? Where is our residence? The house? The apartment? The building we work? Is this where we dwell permanently? Is this where our "element or quality" is always present? Surely when we are home we are there. It's where we "live". Surely many of us "live" in our work. What is our work? What we do for a "living". Ha, again we could go back to overall general consciousness of what "living" is ... but clearly if we think but for a moment even those of us with little schooling, perhaps those of us with little schooling knowing better, understand that the general "perception" of making a "living" is clearly flawed. Supposedly we are at work to make a living and therefore reside in our work. But how many of us are truly residing there while at work? How many of us are making the "living" we desire deep within us? How many of us have our "element" or true "quality" with our bodies at work? Certainly there are some, but I would suggest that there are few when considering the billions of human beings in physically living bodies who "reside" on the Earth. Certainly the ones who can say "yes" live in their work and are most successful. Our work most certainly is NOT the "building" where we work. I cook for a "living," in the general term of the word currently, and must my work be done in our restaurant? Clearly not. With this considered, is it our house or apartment were we continuously dwell? Where our full "element or quality" always reside? We may say:
"Well, not every second. But it's where I sleep, where I store my personal property as stated above. Where I keep all my things. Where my children, wife or husband, and I are comfortable. It is where all we work for is kept and placed and protected in. It's where I want to go when I leave work or places of entertainment or vacation."

Ah, so our "personal" property are stored in our house or apartment? What property is this? A T.V.? A computer? A dresser? Clothes? Things any of us may purchase anywhere in the world? If your house or apartment burnt to the ground would your family not have a place to stay? Would they not find another such house or apartment to feel "comfortable" in? Comfort is a feeling, a state of mind, not a house or apartment. Let someone kick open the door while you sleep and but snatch the T.V. from your wall or stand and all the "comfort" you have built over perhaps years in that physical building is all but gone, is it not? Is the T.V. what you work for? Was it really all that protected? Is it even worth protecting? After you lose that comfort or perhaps even grow tired with monotony of said "comfort" ... is it still a place where you wish to go? Is there not many of us who dread "going home?"

If any of this resonates with you, I suggest that the work, building, or if not happy with the actual job you carry out day to day ... that the house or apartment you seemingly "reside" in ... is not your home. Many of us all the time are in our places or work, in our houses, at friends houses, sitting outside on a park bench and we are there ... but we are not really there. We are in our minds somewhere far, far away. Or perhaps right down the street. Or perhaps seeming nowhere at all. This is where our element, our TRUE quality always resides. Always lives. Our mind inside our brain and brain within our body. So in a physical sense, our person in our home. Our ever moving house. Moved from one physical background to another. But we see I mention "house" ... as certainly home and house do not correspond as one. Our body, or even brain, simply the house. Housing our home. Our home is the mind. This is where we truly live. The pure schooled intellects will say:

"Yea this has all been said before. Bunch of psychological ramblings and none of this truly helps anyone of lesser intelligence."

Then use pure logic. If you are thinking of anger, if you are thinking agitated, if you are thinking wrongly, does it not show in your mood? Are you not living externally what you are living internally? Some intellects with great will power will say:
"I can keep composed on the outside while angry on the inside. No one may know what I am thinking."

Oh but unlike the "old" days when people were less privy to feelings and could not pick up on inner emotions, spirit, this being left for only children who were not so bogged down with falsities "adults" believe, people are tapping back into their instinctual minds outside of "childhood." And more and more people are able to "feel" you are upset or living miserable, unhappy, when you may not show it so openly outwardly. And using the pure logic and the physical senses lets take it a step further if you still do not believe others may feel you "living" in your mind. Lets use your own body as the example.  Lets evaluate your muscles. Your blood, your temperature. If you want to go on physical science alone, lets do so. Lets look at physical science and see if it does not prove that your temperature, blood, and muscles do not change when living in some form of anger, agitation, or wrong thinking inside your mind. Or that it is not different when living in a relaxed, happy, harmonious condition in your mind. That we may not sow a seed of one kind and reap another is scientifically exact. We cannot plant an apple seed and get an orange tree anymore than we may plant despise in our mind and reap happiness without in our body and actions.

The truth behind "Home is where the heart is." Is very real. Where we place our heart and mind are very much where we live. In fact, it's the only place we live. Mind is the only place we are always fully in our own individual element, be it wonderful or miserable. It is the only place we may store true "personal" or for better term 'Individual' belongings. Belongings no one may take from us without our permission. No matter how much physical force they may transfer to us, not matter if they give immense threats or immense love, they may not have what is in our mind unless we give it to them. And if we do, what we give makes no difference if not given in love, out of love, as all the value of it exists only in love. Like the T.V. stolen from the home that the perpetrator gets caught with and is arrested for. Or that he sells for money only to have that money stolen from him. Our true property is kept in the housing of the mind like the physical property is kept in the housing of our bodies. Our true property, all that we truly work for, is stored in our home. And we may not lose it as long as we are aware of where our home is or we choose to give it up for something better we choose to place in our home.

Considering where our home truly exists I will attempt to extend into where our homes were and where we should seek our homes today and beyond in a later writing.
My Kindest Regards

THANKS GIVING

Today's Thankful Wisdom:

My children and children in the general sense are one of the greatest occurrences to be thankful for. They are a shining example of not only what is most beautiful in life, but what is the future and possibilities for us all if we but have our eyes open to it!

Not a parent alive, even if living in apparent mental misery, can look at his/her newborn and not be uplifted to higher planes with sympathy, love, admiration, and pure joy of their child. They are a reminder of all that is beautiful, pure, and correct or perfect. We are born as perfect as those who create us.

And as such, it is a reminder of what we are capable of. The endless possibilities and greatness that each and every one of us are capable of. The knowledge and clear fact that so many of us "educated adults" seem ignorant and stupid of. Immature of in a supposedly mature body. As the new born we say lacks strength enough to even raise it's own body physically. Strength to hold very little if anything at all. Conscious intelligence to speak words consisting of the fewest syllables. Inability to care for itself functions needed to sustain life. Needing much help that it cannot give back in the same capacity.

Yet we do not think this child pitiful. We do not think this newborn worthless or incapable. NO! The contrary. We know the possibilities. We dream of them. We visualize them. We give whatever we may to make sure they come true. We have strong desire to nourish and encourage what we know is possible. We know that this child that cannot lift itself today may lift others tomorrow, both physically and mentally. That while weights today barely weighing at all can be held, tomorrow hundreds of pounds may be lifted by this baby. While today not even the smallest word can be spoken, tomorrow words with feeling enough in them may be spoken by this same infant that can move hundreds, thousands, even millions or billions in an enlightened direction. That the care you give this child today that it cannot return to you, tomorrow it may return not only to you, but to many, many others. We know that everything we dream, though conscious mind telling us this child is weak today, can be accomplished tomorrow according to a higher mind we possess. We do not doubt or question it. We know it possible, and we know this child, it's own individual is capable of even more than we ourselves (individual) believe with it's own dreams and individual courage.

So today I give Thanks for such a wonderful existent and suggest that we not forget that though we think ourselves "grown" that we came into this existence as such a baby. And though we may have children ourselves now, ask ourselves have we forgotten that what is true of our children still remains true of ourselves?

My Kindest Regards, Love, and Thanks to ALL

Maturing

The main difference between a "fine" wine and "cheap" wine is maturation. You may say the grapes and how they were handled. Well a grape is a grape. It's the love put into it that changes it. Then it's all about what we refer to as "time" for development. It was sealed stored and left in silence with nothing added. Not a drop of anything or any outside influence allowed altering it. What is inside the bottle at day one is the same as 3 years from now, and yet the difference is quite noticeable.

We like the universal laws we live by are always the same, immutable, unchangeable. Like the wine that sits silent we only mature into this knowledge and become more and more our true self. This, we term, change.

And thus it is with the reflections of each individual whose unity or disunity creates what we call "environment."

The societies of past, governments of them, and minds who built them are faded and gone. Only the best of each live on through literature and thought. And live only so that they may be a tool for future minds to mature the infancy of their ideas so they may be evolved into what they could not fully execute in physical life.

Like the winery ... the ones with grapes lovingly cared for, cultivated to be superior in color, taste, smell and texture ... and matured carefully with skill and thought ... these wineries are known the world over for having the best wines. They sell for the highest dollar and sought by the most prestigious among us. They have friends in high places and are respected and revered for the character they produce.

And the ones with sour grapes, thoughtless labor in the treatment and little or no maturation of the wine... these can be found at any average store of convenience and are sought after by many, though it is a many of lesser thinking, standards and appreciation.

In both instances we find the minds who seek to put the respective wine in their physical body, more than likely have the equal mental maturation inside of them at present time.

True maturation, as the saying goes, must “mature (not confusing age with maturation) …like a fine wine”

And like the wine, we must allow no outer influence to come into our “bottle” or Mind. We must sit in silence. We must connect with a higher thinking, feeling, being. And with confidence and conviction come out as we are. With fine notes of all the best that has made us, smooth, clean and refined. Ready to have only those who can appreciate us enjoy and seek us. Ready to sit at the table with great men and women who patiently enjoy and savor everything that went into the maturing process and smile with admiration. Coming into an environment to be truly desired.

Kind Regards

A New Wave

Today's Thinking:

Our minds are often bound by the paralyzingly crude thinking of members of our race. A "mental slavery" that translates into a physical, financial, productive, artistic slavery. Color, creed, sex, physical size, conscious intelligence, and every consciously seen characteristic has been used by these crude thinking and are still used today. They believe to retain power they must detain power.

But, the times are evolving. The tide is turning. A calm wave is overtaking the large seemingly powerful waves of past that bring more destruction then growth. And the crude conscious intellects of the past are scared, worried, angry, and lost. Their persona of power is quickly being recognized for what it is, a persona. Shallow and feeble. The old kingdoms are crumbling like the crude thinking itself.

They can no longer hold people in fear regardless of money, possessions, or seeming success. The new generation not yet fully conscious of the time, yet subconsciously rebelling against the false control and baseless thinking of old. And because of it, men of "power" are losing power. We need only look for it. Adjust our eyes to see the news. To see the politicians, the business men, the scandals of the "rich and famous" that built empires on a basic intelligence of law and used it to hold others in fear. That have kept only a few who thought as they by their side and placed the rest below them. And look at the charges. Look at what crude thinking brings to them.

They are scrambling. All the conscious intellect of times past can no longer keep the Zuckerburgs in check. The teen making millions off of a you tube video. The teen who sings her soul. The infant who is known world wide.

Crude thinking would make us believe the new generation is less than. Stupid. Unintelligent. What is not seen fully by both sides as of yet is that there is a new intelligence growing. An evolving one. A spiritual or subconscious one over taking the old, purely conscious intellect. And it is far greater than the old one.

The man with the ax scoffs at the chainsaw and says to him,
"Boy you are no man using that thing!"
And the man with the chainsaw says,
"You die young and I will live longer and work less with greater results as the boy you think me to be."

And the day will come when a third man will possess to great degree both intellects and say to both of those men ...

"WE have no reason to even bring the tree down. WE think us here longer then both of you and shall relax under OUR tree as WE are most successful."

Kind regards

FREE or NOT?

“The best things in life are free!”
“Nothing in life is free!”

Here we have a conflict of thoughts and if nothing is free then either the first statement is incorrect or we are screwed!

I'll speak on it as such ... we may not receive without giving is absolute and a fundamental law of all in existence. So if we term "free" as number 11 here then we think of getting something without making payment. But deep down we know we always give payment and thus the saying "Nothing in life is free."

Yet I give freely my words, my love, my knowledge, my smile, my embrace, many times my work. It is given freely and the payment I am to receive is the same free giving from others. We receive exactly what we give. The man who is a grouch with a scour on his face will never receive smiles freely on regular basis. The man who is uncompassionate will receive little compassion from those he knows. The liar will receive very little truth from others. The investor will never receive great value out of his investment unless he invests a great deal into it, be it money, personnel, trust, thought or a combination of all.
What we freely give we freely receive. It can be no other way. So what is the answer? If we don’t receive until we give first, then nothing is “technically” free, right?

That is the problem with pure intellectual technicalities. We want to see things in white and black and believe no other colors exist. We look at the unifying white and the disunited black and lose sight of all the colors in the prism with their own unique powers. We look at the good and the bad, the up and the down. We misunderstand white/black, and all color, are simply ALL colors of the same Prism. That good and bad are but individual view points. That there can be no up or down without points in-between the considered up or down.

Giving and receiving payment of any kind are one in the same. They are simply opposite ends of the same spectrum. Doing both freely is the greatest harmony one can bring to one’s self. This is why …
“The best things in life are free.”

Simply think of a time someone offered you something freely and you felt you should not take it for whatever reason.  Many times you find the other person(s) insist … at times are visibly offended as it is seen as disrespect to those who subconsciously or consciously know it is against natural law to decline such a gesture.

Or how good you feel when you give something to someone freely out of good nature. And if you think about it carefully with clear and open thought surely the best things in your life to date most certainly came in times when you were giving and happy towards others.

You cannot have dark without light or light without dark. If everything was lighted exactly the same we would have no contrast to comprehend light from dark; or see at all. They are intertwined, one of the same just differentiating in degree. The room was fully lit! The room was dimly lit! The room was not lit at all! Or … The room wasn’t dark at all! The room was slightly dark! The room was pitch-black dark!
When we have a complete grasp and understanding of things the truth is easy to understand. And when we freely apply these truths we freely receive the benefits.
For all my free friends my Kindest Regards
